How do I order?
Contact us directly either by phone or email. Our sales people are very knowledgeable about the building process and what is available to you. We can help customize a floor plan to suit your exact needs.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We are located at 806 West Spruce Street in Missoula, Montana. We stock our regular line of furniture as well as custom pieces that you won´t see on our website. Contact us for easy directions.

How long will it take for me to get my log furniture?
Generally orders take 4 to 6 weeks. However, on occasion we can speed up the process depending on your order and our current production level.

What kind of wood is used?
Lodgepole pine, primarily. We occasionally have other specialty woods available such as juniper, maple, cedar or ponderosa. We also offer a line of reclaimed wood furnishings as a departure from the log furniture style to produce a rustic look. Contact us for more information.

Is the log furniture finished?
Yes, we use water based polyurethane to finish our furniture. The finish helps retain the natural color of the pine and protects the wood from water marks such as from a wet glass or a spill.

Do your log futon frames come with futon mattresses?
At this time we do not carry mattresses of any kind. Shipping futon mats is cost-prohibitive, so we always recommend that customers purchase their futon mats locally. Contact us for recommendations and assistance in finding a futon mat in your area.

Do you offer upholstery?
We can upholster the seats of some items such as bar stools, dining chairs, and rockers. Our designers can coordinate your other upholstery needs for sofas, loveseats, etc.

How do I clean and care for my log furniture?
Log furniture is finished with water-resistant polyurethane. A warm, damp cloth is all that is needed. Avoid using any abrasives.

I can´t find what I am looking for on your site.
Contact us! We can create any piece of furniture from a sketch or photo that you provide. Additionally, we can customize the dimensions on any piece. Common requests are taller/shorter nightstands, lower profile chairs, extra under-bed space, etc.

Does your log furniture have a warranty?
Yes! Our furniture comes with a 5 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship…we will repair or replace any defective piece. We can say with confidence that our log furniture is built for a lifetime of use!

My log furniture is cracked!
Cracking or "checking" is a perfectly natural process and should only occur in the log itself. Most checking has occurred before you receive your furniture, but climate changes may impact the log work slightly. It will NOT in any way affect the stability of the furniture. In fact the joints are tightened when checking occurs. If you have any concerns about log checking please contact us.

What about assembly?
Most furniture like dressers, tables and chairs are shipped fully assembled. Beds and futons are shipped "knocked down" and assembly is very simple. Instructions are included and all you need is a hammer or rubber mallet.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver locally. In state orders are shipped via a VERY affordable local carrier!

How is your log furniture shipped?
We use a freight carrier that offers the best and most affordable service to your area. Log furniture is packed onto a pallet and then a wood crate is built around it for protection. Shipping is typically 5 to 7 business days in the lower 48 and 3 weeks to Alaska.

What if I receive a damaged shipment?
While damage to a shipment is rare, you should always inspect shipments before opening and report damage to the driver immediately. Any damaged furniture is replaced or repaired at no cost to you.
